AMERICAN SINGLE MALT
Our single malt whiskey is blended from the finest whiskeys in our barrel house. They have matured and developed over the years – offering a complex yet balanced spirit. This single malt displays a deep, inviting copper hue from the ex-bourbon, ex-rye & ex-sherry casks that have added their signature to our blend.
Madeira
This all New York grain, wheated bourbon was initially aged on char #4 American oak barrels for four long years before being transferred to a freshly used madeira wine cask. The extra two years of resting in this madeira cask brings a whole new and uncommon depth to what bourbon is. This bourbon takes on a bolder oak character, paired with top notes of roasted cacao nibs and sweet, dried raisin from the wine which once called this cask home.
